Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Moomin packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
